New Student Special: 1 week unlimited for $18. 1 month unlimited
for $50 or 8 weeks of Beginning Yoga or Pilates Basics (8 classes)
for $80. The classes begin on January 4th. |
| NOTE: The students need to pay
a $10 deposit (check or cash) to hold a spot in the free class.
They will get their deposit back the day of the class. No shows do not get the deposit back. |

| Gentle Yoga class on Wednesdays - please call

| YOGA WORKSHOP |
| We will open with sun salutations and then we will
work on Inversions such as shoulder stand, headstand, and handstand.
We will also visit arm balance poses such as crow, side crow, pendulum
and forearm balance. It is not appropriate for beginners. We are
offering some new classes and we will have free classes to introduce
them. |
| Mom and Baby Yoga Class |
| Mom and Baby Yoga~ This class is great for both moms (and/or dads) and their
babies who have not reached the crawling stage.
The class is designed to help new moms reconnect with their
bodies, build strength and flexibility while enjoying time with their
babies. It is also a great
way to meet new parents! |
| Yin Yoga Class |
| Yin Yoga~Yin yoga gently stretches and
rehabilitates the connective tissues that form to our joints by holding
the poses from 3-5 minutes. Because
the ligaments and fascia (connective tissue) are stiff and inelastic we
need to relax in the poses, connecting with the breath and sensations in
the body. Yin Yoga takes
patience and strength, mentally and physically, to stay in the poses. |
